These errors are usually caused by memory hardware and device driver problems. If you have installed a new hardware driver, uninstall or reconfigure the driver you installed. If your problem does not improve, we recommend that you perform a system restore.
1: Repair Log entries related to Error 0x6B.
2: Perform a full scan of your computer against malware.
3: Clean up unnecessary files (Temporary Files and Folders) on your system with Disk Cleanup (cleanmgr).
4: Update Device Drivers on your computer.
5: Use Windows System Restore to "Undo" latest system changes
6: Uninstall and reinstall the Windows Operating System program to solve the error PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED if it pop up.
7: Run the Windows System File Checker. ("sfc / scannow")
8: Install all available Windows updates.
9: Check the hard disk for any corruptions. ("chkdsk / f")
10: Test your memory (RAM) for corruption.
11: Perform a clean Windows installation.
