What should I do for FPS problem, game closing situations?

FPS drops, freezing problems are divided into two as systemic and software. We recommend that you perform the following steps if your system does not have a problem.

1-) Windows Aero Setting: When you enter the game with these settings, the system that is running in the background might be using a lot of resources . Right click on the table and click Personalize. Select "No Screen Saver" and "Windows Classic Theme" in the screen that appears. Then restart your computer and re-enter the game.

2-) Graphic Settings: We recommend you to reduce game graphics settings to an appropriate value for your computer. You can click the "Settings" Chart button in the game, adjust your in-game display, resolution and FPS settings to suit your computer specifications and get better performance.

3-) High Temperature Values: If you are using a notebook or laptop while playing games or if the fans of your desktop computer do not provide sufficient cooling, it is normal for FPS to fall. Renew your device's thermal paste and apply the maintenance and cleaning of your cooling system.

4-) Repair corrupt game files: Occasionally, FPS problems can be caused when certain game files become corrupt. Using the repair function in the game launcher (the first window that appears when you run Zula Europe) will fix any corrupted files.

5-) Defragmentation: Disorganized Hard Drives tend to make it more difficult for your computer to locate the correct file. Files are sometimes split into small pieces and scattered on the drive. Windows XP machines are more prone to this than other versions of Windows and will benefit most from this step. To resolve this problem you need to defragment your main hard disk. Here is a guide by Microsoft to performing this on a windows machine:

6-) Disable or remove potentially unwanted programs: Check what software is running in the background after Windows starts, as a lot of software tends to start itselft automatically. In order to disable non-essential processes, we recommend performing a clean boot on Windows. To do so. please follow the instructions below:

Press [Windows Key] + R
Type msconfig into the text bar at the bottom of the menu
Click on the Services tab
Check Hide all Microsoft services so you don't end up accidentally disabling a key process
Click the Disable All button
Click on the Startup tab
Click on the Disable All button
Click on the Apply button
Click on the OK button
Restart your computer

7-) Close Your Start-Up and Background applications via MSConfig.
Write Start ❱ Run ❱ Msconfig and press enter button. Come to the "Start" tab. The applications and programs that are approved here are automatically running every time you turn on your computer and are constantly consuming energy. Restart your computer by unapproaching applications that you do not see necessary to start from here.
When you log in to the games after these operations, you may notice the increase in FPS.

8-) Change laptop power settings: Sometimes laptops and notebooks use power saving plans to conserve battery power, which unfortunately limits the operating capacity of your graphics card and CPU. You can alter this setting by doing the following:

Open the "Options" through your computer's Control Panel
If your power plan is set to one of the battery-saving options, you will need to change it to a performance option. After making sure you have a performance option selected, click on "Change plan settings"
Enable High Performance

Choose files or drag and drop files
